This study investigates the current state of tanker transportation in China, with a particular focus on identifying key operational routes for inland tankers. Additionally, it analyzes shipping activities along Russia's Northern Arctic and Far East maritime routes. By comparing the operational practices of both countries, the research highlights the potential for mutual benefit through the exchange of technological and engineering expertise. The findings emphasize that the development of weapons and military equipment is intrinsically linked to the efficiency of inland transportation systems, which hold a pivotal role in national infrastructure across most countries.
