In today's highly competitive social environment, perfectionism, as a psychological trait, has gradually permeated people's study, work, and interpersonal relationships. However, the relationship between perfectionism and the happiness and achievement that people expect is not always positive. This article conducts a psychological analysis of perfectionism and, from the theoretical perspective of positive psychology, explores the roots of perfectionism and its profound impact on individual well-being.
