This study focuses on evaluating the quality of life among individuals experiencing long-term effects of COVID-19, often referred to as "long-haulers." The research employs a multidimensional approach, utilizing established tools and metrics to comprehensively assess various facets of quality of life. Additionally, the study explores the impact of different types of lingering symptoms and considers the influence of psychosocial factors on overall well-being. Furthermore, this research investigates potential strategies to enhance the quality of life for COVID-19 long-haulers. These strategies encompass physical rehabilitation and exercise interventions, psychological support, and the establishment and reinforcement of social support networks. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by individuals with COVID-19 after-effects and offer practical recommendations for improving their quality of life. Additionally, the study sheds light on potential areas for future research in this important field of study.
